You’ve done the hard part: you scheduled your surgery and are ready to take your health seriously. Phase 1: Pre-Operation - Foundation (2 sessions)

Pre-operation is crucial to prepare the body to support recovery after surgery. The main 2 focuses of this phase are:

  • Decreasing any current inflammation. Surgery causes a major spike in inflammation, so going in with the least amount possible is ideal. The lower we can get it, the better your immune system can handle the stress of surgery without tipping into overdrive.

  • Strengthening gut and inmune health. Your body’s current toxins will start acting up even more after undergoing surgery. This combined with poor gut health and a sluggish inmune system translates into really increasing the risk for slowed healing. So when focusing on detoxification and building a stronger immune system, your body will be more resilient and prepared to bounce back faster.

Foundation will have one intial 90-minute session and a follow up of 45 minutes, first being 3-4 weeks before surgery and second 1 week before. These are strategically timed to get you in the best state possible to face post-operation.

Phase 2: Post-Operation - Recovery (2 sessions)

The first 4–6 weeks after surgery are your golden window for repair and reset. Post-operation will be focused on:

  • Supporting tissue repair. After a major surgery, your body enters a high-stress state as it shifts into healing mode, which can lead to significant nutrient depletion across the board. These vital nutrients are essential for tissue repair, hormone regulation, and immune defense. Without proper help, energy levels crash and healing gets delayed. By focusing on replenishing nutrients through targeted nutrition and supplementation, we’ll help your body rebuild connective tissue, reduce inflammation, and restore strength — giving you the recovery "boost" you need while ensuring better mood and energy.

  • Restore gut balance. Surgery often requires pain medication and antibiotics, both of which can disrupt the gut microbiome. This combined with the physical stress of healing places the gut in a highly vulnerable state—prone to inflammation, microbial imbalance, and slowed digestion. A compromised gut can impair nutrient absorption, trigger bloating or discomfort, and put you at high risk for bacterial overgrowth. Recovery will include two 45-minute sessions: the first will take place 1 week after surgery to begin the healing process as soon as possible, and the second will follow at 3 weeks post-op to provide continued support and address any remaining areas that need deeper healing—helping you get back to your life as smoothly and quickly as possible.
